Palletizer

MAIN FEATURES:

- boxes dimension : 300x400 / 400x600 (FAMI Athena);
- max. weight per box: 20 kg;
- max. weight per row boxes: 100 kg;
- boxes exchange time in robot area: 1,5 sec.

Palletizers satisfy the need of accelerating the exchange process among trays which in general conflicts with the manipulator's pick-up. The palletizer is made up of three parts:

1. a rotating structure with parallel axes with 3 or 4 baskets which allows moving the crates rapidly and sequentially from the loading area to the working area to the unloading area;

2. two twin systems for piling and un-piling crates which allow piling crates on the roller conveyor. Each system has a piling roller conveyor and a lift system with a clamp;

3. two transfer systems that move crates from the piling system to the un-piling system and the rotating structure.
